Chi Coates is a Florida native, born in Miami and raised in cities such as Ocala, Gainesville, and Miami. As a Navy brat, she moved across the country multiple times during her childhood before her family eventually settled in Cincinnati, Ohio during her early teens.
Chi enjoys sightseeing, spending time at the beach, swimming, riding Harleys, socializing with friends, and playing with her two dogs. She and her fiancé have three children who are currently pursuing careers in Ohio. Chi frequently travels and often returns to Cincinnati to visit family. Her deep love for the beach has led her and her fiancé to spend extended periods in Fort Myers over the past nine years. This ongoing connection has inspired them to settle in Southwest Florida, where Chi actively explores the area while pursuing her passion for real estate and property management.
With professional experience in health care, bar and grill ownership, and managing rental properties, Chi has developed valuable skills that allow her to deliver exceptional service to her clients. She is known for her strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and positive attitude. Her primary goal is to ensure that clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process of buying or selling a home by maintaining open communication and providing consistent updates during every step of their real estate journey.
